Coordination of services for behavioral health clients—Collaborative service delivery.
(1) The authority shall ensure the coordination of allied services for behavioral health clients. The authority shall implement strategies for resolving organizational, regulatory, and funding issues at all levels of the system, including the state, the behavioral health administrative services organizations, managed care organizations, and local service providers.
(2) The authority shall propose, in operating budget requests, transfers of funding among programs to support collaborative service delivery to persons who require services from multiple department of social and health services and authority programs. The authority shall provide status reports as requested by the legislature.
